Description

When working in wet locations, use Bridgeport's 430-NMLTS 1/2" Nonmetallic Liquid Tight Screw-On Straight Connectors to join nonmetallic liquid tight conduit to an electrical box or enclosure. Designed for solar applications, screw-on nylon fittings are sunlight resistant, lightweight and durable when used in outdoor environments. Plus, They're labor- and time-saving as compared to other liquid tight connectors as they do not need to be disassembled during installation. To install, simply loosen the bushing, push the conduit into the connector and then retighten the bushing for a liquid tight seal. At that point, install the connector into a box knockout using the provided locknut and you're off to the next part of your installation. NPT threads and rubber O-rings ensure a liquid tight connection between the conduit and box or enclosure. Nonmetallic liquid tight screw-on straight connectors are available in trade sizes 1/2" and 3/4". They are UL-Listed under File No. E9391, NEMA TYPE 2, 3, 3R, 4, 4X and 12, and meet the NEC requirements for use in wet locations.
