How do I register for the website?

If you're a potential customer or an existing Granite City Electric customer without a web account, please complete the Registration Request form on this page. Once submitted, a member of our team will contact you to assist with the setup process.

How can I view my invoices?

To view your invoices, log into your account and click the account icon in the top navigation bar. Under Manage Tools, click the dropdown menu and select "Recent Invoice History" to view all invoices.

How can I pay my bills online?

Visit our EZ Bill Pay Options webpage and select EZ Pay - Pay Online Instantly. You'll be directed to a secure payment portal where you can enter the required information to pay your bill. If it is your first time paying your bill via EZ Pay you will need to select the one-time payment option. After you have made that payment you will be prompted to create a login. Follow the provided instructions to create your login. Please note that the activation code can take up to 10 minutes to show up in your email inbox.

Do you ship outside of New England/Albany?

Currently, Granite City Electric only ships to locations within New England and Albany, NY.

How do I schedule different types of deliveries (Night Train, Day Truck, Will Call)?

After adding items to your cart, click the shopping cart icon in the top navigation bar to begin checkout. To have your order delivered, choose Delivery and enter your delivery address. You’ll then select a delivery method (e.g., Day Truck, Night Train). To pick up your order, select Will Call and choose the branch most convenient for you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. To place an order online, you need both a Granite City Electric account and web access. Complete the Registration Request form to get started. You can also place orders in person at any of our branch locations without an account. Visit the Locations page for branch details.

Is branch inventory up-to-date?

Yes. All branch inventory displayed on our website is accurate and updated in real time.
