Description

These pan head framing screws feature a twin fast thread that decreases the time required to penetrate wood and are commonly used in hardwood construction and DIY projects. The head has a trapezoidal profile with a flat top and a flat underside. This sharp point screw can be used in thin gauge (less than 0.050 in. thick) metal studs and tracks with a torsional strength of 34 kg/cm minimum. The black phosphate finish provides corrosion resistance superior to phosphate-coated screws without discoloring the wood.
