Description

Square D individual meter socket is a single phase, ringless meter socket device for single family residential construction. This socket underground feed has provisions to feed a downstream main lug load center, a main breaker load center, or an individually enclsoed service disconnect. This socket is an A-L ACPL closing plate type with 4 jaws and a lever bypass, and a current rating of 320A. This unit has a rated operational voltage of 600 VAC and a short circuit current rating of 10,000 RMS symmetrical amperes. It also has a NEMA type 3R enclosure that is supplied with a bonded neutral, and hub opening in top endwall. This hub opening will require the use of a bolt on hub or closing plate. Unit is UL listed.
