The Square D™ by Schneider Electric brand Heavy Duty Safety Switch is designed to be tough, reliable and provide exceptional performance in the most grueling conditions. Heavy Duty Safety Switches are utized from commercial and institutional to industrial and manufacturing facilities. F Series safety switches provide significantly higher levels of mechanical endurance than NEMA Type KS-1 or UL98 standards require. The design life of a F-Series switch is a minimum of three times the NEMA requirement. An abundance of copper is used in the heaviest current carrying power paths of all Square D by Schneider Electric Heavy Duty Safety Switches. The more copper for current carrying paths, the lower the temperature rise. Managing temperatures inside the switch is the key to providing greater service life. This Heavy Duty Receptacle Switch is a 60 A, Crouse-Hinds Arktite plug. This receptacle switch has a NEMA 3R/12 degree of protection and is made of galvannealed steel. This product is rated for 30hp & 50hp motors. This has a short circuit rating of 10kA@600VAC. This fusible disconnect switch is surface mounted and is 3 phases. This product complys to UL listed standards. Dimensions for this product are 10.5 in (H),16.5 in (W),7 in (D).
