They have been designed to have a significantly higher durability than a standard switch and have a durability three times greater than NEMA standard. All heavy duty safety switches feature a quick-make, quick-break operating mechanism, a dual cover interlock and a color-coded indicator handle. Heavy duty switches are the ideal for your electrical disconnect and protection for all your commercial and industrial needs. This is a three pole fusible heavy duty safety switch that is rated at 1200A with voltage of 600VAC and 600VDC. This switch is rated at 200hp for 1 phase and 500hp for 3 phase with standard fuses. For time delay fuses, this switch is also rated at 250hp for 1 phase and 500hp for 3 phase. For 600VDC, it also is rated at 50hp. This unit is in a Type 1 enclosure includes a factory installed neutral. It is UL listed with the file E2875.
