Description

Category 5E plenum-rated cable designed for gigabit Ethernet, ATM, broadband video, and bi-directional transmission applications, operating at frequencies from 1 to 350 MHz. With an attenuation of 4.3 dB/100M at 155 MHz and a DC resistance of 9.38 ohm/100M, it features a 24 AWG solid bare copper conductor, a low-smoke PVC jacket with a thickness of 0.185 inches, and fluorinated ethylene propylene insulation with a thickness of 0.035 inches. The cable has four conductor pairs with a color-coded insulation scheme (white/blue with blue, white/orange with orange, white/green with green, white/brown with brown), a diameter of 0.18 inches, and comes in a 1000-ft reel-in-box package. Rated CMR, CMP, and FT6, the gray-jacketed cable meets UL 1666, CUL, ETL, CETL, NFPA 262 standards, is ROHS compliant, and adheres to ANSI/TIA/EIA-568B.2 standards.
